It is our policy to provide our customers with quality products. We also strive to provide excellent customer service. We are a privately owned business and take great care and pride in our services.
That being said, there will be no consideration for the exchange or refund of comic books and graphic novels. All other products will be at the discretion of the owners what will or will not be exchanged/refunded. Be advised that there will be no consideration for either if the customer does not provide the original receipt and if the purchase was made more than 30 days prior to the date of the attempted exchange/refund.
We offer several services for the convenience of our customers. These services may include but are not limited to the fallowing:
If you so desire, you may provide us with contact information and a list of titles that you wish to have held in a folder. We will hold these titles for up to one month and we reserve the right to return the said titles to the shelf after this time limit, if the customer has not purchased said titles within the given time frame.
We will send you an e-mail or, if you so choose, we may call you at the phone number provided to alert you to new arrivals being added to your folder every Thursday after their release date.
We are highly interested in customer feedback! if there is a title, character, or product that you would like to see represented in our store, please feel free to either e-mail us, or stop into the store and write in our suggestion book and we will do our best to comply with the supply and demand of our customers!
